Toro Rosso hoping for wet race
Toro Rosso drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Jean-Éric Vergne believe wet conditions for tomorrow’s British Grand Prix will be their best chance for a strong finish and despite a promising start to Qualifying, they will start the race in 14th and 16th positions respectively.
