As already announced by Ducati some time ago, Valentino Rossi will use a new chassis and swingarm at the San Marino MotoGP this weekend.
Rossi will return to Yamaha next season, giving the green light to the development of the Desmosedici GP12 after the latest test in Misano Circuit in August.
"Two weeks ago, we did a test with some new devices. Trial went well, but now it's time for us to prove how the increased performance compared to the other riders," said Rossi.
