Jorge Lorenzo
DOHA - Jorge Lorenzo appeared to be the fastest in final practice session Qatar MotoGP. By being the fastest, Lorenzo successful end to the dominance of Casey Stoner, who appeared as the fastest rider in the session of free practice (FP) first and second.
Reporting from Autosport, Friday (07/04/2012), Lorenzo managed to be the fastest menggeber bike on the track with a time of 55.536 seconds 1menit. Surprisingly, the driver closest to the pace Lorenzo was Cal Crutchlow, from Yamaha Tech 3 satellite team
Crutchlow performed brilliantly successful and record time of 1 minute 55.456 seconds, 0.154 seconds slower than Lorenzo. Meanwhile Honda rider, Casey Stoner could only third fastest in this session with a time of 1 minute 55, 674 sec.
Andrea Dovizioso also become the fastest driver, with the right behind Stoner as residents ranked fourth. Teammate Cal Crutchlow on the Yamaha Tech 3 is collecting time of 1 minute 55.905 seconds.
Ducati still not able to show their fangs. Their best position achieved by the rider Nicky Hayden fastest in the seventh with a time of 1 minute 56.402 seconds. Meanwhile, Valentino Rossi was behind it, precisely in the eighth with a time of 1 minute 56.535 seconds.
